  4. make an inspiration board with bodies you long to have, and quotes that will motivate you
  5. watch youtube videos on amazing weight loss stories
  6. when you want to binge on junk take out your list of reasons why you want to loose weight
  7. remember that a craving is just a feeling
  8. drink TONS OF WATER. it is crucial to loose weight.
