The Goal is for you to feel like a million bucks. Whether thats loosing 10 pounds or 100 pounds. You must believe in yourself to achieve these goals. You must put 100% effort in. And you must never ever give up. It is hard to give up the foods that you love (that are bad for you) but I promise it will be worth it. Once you start loosing weight you will be stronger mentally and physically. You will start doing things you thought weren’t possible. the possibilities are endless when you reach your goal.
The Goal is for you to realize that healthy is beautiful. fuck thigh gaps, or hip bones, they dont mean squat if your body isnt healthy. I promise if you eat righ and exercise you will get all thoes things like thigh gaps, but they come with time and dedication. Do this for you, because you deserve it.
